Bring a lawn chair or a blanket as festival area is grass field. Chair rentals ($10 per day) available at front gate or pre-ordered online or at 1-800-595-4849.

Open Friday at 5pm and 9am on Saturday and Sunday. VIP ticket holders admitted 30 minutes prior.

Parking will be available on site.

Limited to small coolers that can be lifted by one person and enter through turnstiles. PLEASE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Sheriff deputies will check all coolers and confiscate any alcoholic beverages and open containers. Only SEALED non-alcoholic beverages allowed (water, soft drinks, juice). All food items are OK. If coolers are too deep to do a visual check, the items at the bottom will need to be emptied into a bin for checking by security. Please note a cash bar will be available inside the venue along with a variety of food vendors. THERE WILL BE AN EXPRESS LINE FOR THOSE WITHOUT COOLERS.

Only allow in the up position between acts and must come down while artists are performing. Please wear a hat and bring sunscreen and shade is limited.

No smoking will be allowed under the tented areas. Please be considerate of your non-smoking colleagues.

Each artist’s cds will be on sale in the Merchandise Tent near the entrance along with
festival shirts, hats, and other jazz festival items.

Each artist will sign and meet the fans in the Merchandise Tent after each performance. Photos with artist OK.

Cameras are permitted.

A variety of food vendors will be located the the Food Court area on the west side of the festival area. Beer, wine, and frozen drinks will also be available.

A wide variety of vendors will be on site for shopping all weekend.
